“The bakery has a small retail shop in front, with a few seats. Sells coffee, tea and baked goods. Wildflour was previously a wholesale bakery only, operating out of Mary Cogswell’s renovated garage in Boise. BY MCCLATCHY”
“Wildflour Bakery has its first storefront since owner Mary Cogswell started baking goods in her North End kitchen in 1992.
Fans of Wildflour cookies and other goods can now visit Wildflour Bakery & Coffee at 304 E. 42nd St. in Garden City. Previously, Wildflour products were sold only at outlets such as the Boise Co-op or Whole Foods.
Cogswell told the Statesman in June that cookies make up 80 percent of her sales, though Wildflour also bakes muffins, scones, doughnuts and granola. The storefront will offer coffee and espresso to go with grab-and-go bakery items.”
